I have no idea why this happens but I is a constant thing.I replayed the level, killed everyone in the first area, quit the game and upon reload the two dudes were back oofn. After I quit the game and copied the backup save I leap back in the first area and I spot a sword guy on the ground between the bridge and the gate, after dispatching with him I do one more run of the first area and I find a newly spawned archer too and now after I clear the final area the medal finally pops. After a few tries after I cleared the first area I decided to try and maximize the time I could spent in the countdown area by killing off every dude I could in there without triggering the countdown(I think I got 5) and being confident I could get no more went and triggered a second savepoint and I backed up my save file and went ahead with the level with no medal again. To unlock the house (in case you attempt this on your first run and don't know how) you need to hit the switch in the cave underneath the house.Played the chapter a few times and got the other two medals but no Oni, went around the map running and whistling as long as time permitted but did not get the medal.
