It shuld either work or not, Not usually "partially." If You are running Win10 32 bit and/or do not have hardware virtualization turned on, then you will not see those, because then it should not be able to pass through as hardware virtualized. or if was not grayed out and just not selected, then your iphone should not have shown up in your guest. Seeing your iPhone, does not explain why your option for "Enable USB Controller" option and all it's sub options are grayed out.
